Error Message

Hi guys.

After having tried Object Desktop for some days (a craked version and a Trial one), I decided to spend some money, and reward Stardock for developing a hell of a excellent software package. Excellency should always be rewarded.

Unfortunatly, I follow all the steps, from Add to Cart, Checkout and finally User Information. All works without any problem. Then CC information. When I confirm the payment, I get an error saying:

Error Message: General Processing Error # 1000 - Please try to notify sales@stardock.com

What am I doing wrong? I know it's not the CC, that's for sure. I was able to track the error to Verisign, and got the only explanation available:

+1000: Voided transactions - Any trans state of a 1000 (for example, 1006) means the transaction was Settle pending. However, was voided either through the API, VeriSign Manager or by VeriSign customer service.

Can someone give me a hand?

First of all, Congrat on your decision

And about your problem: It is clearly stating you to send an email to sales@stardoc.com and tell them the problem --- !!!

Hi Pampas.

You have not been charged for this order if you received this error code.

This error is believed to occur when characters are typed onto the webstore order form that are not recognized from the Roman alphabet. Your order has not processed if you received this error.

Please resubmit your order, entering only numbers and letters from the Roman, or Western, alphabet, with no symbols or accent marks.

Hi Kim

Gonna check what I'm typing then.

I'm from Portugal, so we do have a bunch of wiered Characters, maybe one of them is causing the error.
